Payments, Shipping & Exchanges

Accepted Payments

Sloppy Joe’s  web store will accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. For mail orders money orders or cashier’s check may be payable to Sloppy Joe’s Bar. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Exchanges

• Exchange information can be found on packing slip.
• Fill out the exchange section and enclose packing slip with the item(s) you are exchanging.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
• Exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase date on receipt.
• No returns or exchanges will be made on worn or washed garments.

Shipping

• Street Address must be provided to ship UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Box or APO addresses. Packages may be delayed in processing if a PO Box or APO Box is provided, or may be shipped via USPS if necessary.
• Orders will be processed until Noon each day Monday through Friday.  Orders received after 12:01 p.m. will be processed next business day.
• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the package weight, destination and carrier service.
• Charges are calculated before taxes.

Standard Ground Delivery
Order usually arrives within 5-10 business days (for in-stock items).

Next Day and Priority Delivery Methods

Order arrive dates will depend on shipping method selected.  Orders are processed until Noon each day Monday through Friday.  Orders placed after 12:01 p.m. are not processed until next business day.

International Delivery

Order usually arrives within 14-21 business days (for in-stock items).  International packages subject to customs inspection which can result in delays.

Backordered Items

If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.

Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backordered items ship out via USPS.

Gift Cards
There is no sales tax for Gift Cards, Gift Cards are delivered via 1st Class Mail. When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the value of the item(s) - excluding Gift Card.
