Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear as much as you love a cold drink at Sloppy Joe’s! If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help you get exactly what you need.

The Basics

  • 60-Day Window: You have 60 days from the purchase date shown on your receipt to return an item for an exchange or refund.
  • Fresh Condition: To be eligible, garments must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept items with odors from perfume or deodorant.

Unhappy with your purchase? We can fix that!

  1. Call or email: Reach out to our warehouse team to request a return label be emailed to you. Contact information below. (Having your Order number handy makes it quicker)
  2. Pack it up: Neatly pack the unwanted items and include a note explaining what you’d like to happen.

3.    The Refund: Once we receive your items and verify their condition, we will exchange or refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

4.    Shipping: Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
