Shipping policy

Sloppy Joe’s uses USPS for shipping.

Orders will be processed until 8:00 pm each day. Orders received after 8:01 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the package weight, destination, and selected service. Order arrival dates will depend on the selected mail service.
International orders can take up to a month to deliver. International packages are subject to customs inspection, which can result in delays.

Sloppy Joe’s Gift Cards
Gift cards are sent via 1st Class Mail or may be left at the bar for pickup.

Gift cards are only valid at Sloppy Joe’s Key West, FL, location. Gift cards may not be applied toward gratuity. Gift cards may not be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash. Sloppy Joe’s is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Purchased gift cards do not expire.
